The concept of the dishes are an innovative interpretation of world cuisines based on local ingredients with a touch of the Rovinj Mediterranean tradition

Our inspiration are the best seasonal ingredients selected from the small and authentic local fishermen, farmers and food producers.

Each menu has six courses plus intro and finale.

If you wish to put together your menu yourself you are free to combine any dishes from all three offered menus.
